Even though flying on an airplane is the safest method of travel, it is ironically one of the most feared. The idea of air travel can be unsettling but the reality of it is quite the opposite. Even though I have been on a many flights, I still get butterflies in my stomach when the plane starts to move down the runway to take off. On my first flight however, these butterflies were more like cannonballs.
